Orders: Please ensure that all details in your order is correct. Once you have submitted and paid for your order, you will receive a confirmation email which will contain the details of your order.
Payment: Once you have submitted your order you will be redirected to Paypal to make payment by credit card. Any delivery details provided during the payment process in Paypal will be ignored. Your order will not be processed until payment has been made.
Shipping: Shipping is a flat-rate $5.00 per order for NZ-wide shipping for orders under $200.00. All orders $200.00 and over are free.
Delivery: We aim to despatch your order within 8 days of your order and payment being confirmed. We will email you with a tracking link once your order has been despatched.
No Returns: Because products are being custom printed for you, you cannot return your garment or exchange it for a different size after your order has been placed. We will of course replace any faulty product.
